Table Variable in TSql

From Performance angle, Table variable is using less resources than temp table.

Declare @MyTable Table
( Name varchar(100), EmployeeNumb int)

Insert Into @MyTable(Name, EmployeeNumb) Values ('Jerry', 2)

Update @MyTable Set EmployeeNumb=EmployeeNumb*2
